Speed for On-Line applications on Internet, is based on various factors like Internet Speed, large number of applicants trying to apply for at the same time etc. Therefore, if you are not able to get the pages for verification immediately, please retry after a gap of 15 minutes or during off-peak hours during the night. Please also ensure that your internet speed is good and at least 1MBps.

Registration Id and your registered mail Id are the most essential fields to identify and verify your applications. If you have lost both these unique fields, the only way is to communicate with our support desk and try to recover your acknowledgement Id/ email id by sharing other information submitted by you at the time of submitting the application. If the support admin is satisfied with your answer and finds your details matching with the database, he can help you to recover your acknowledgment id.

At the time of ‘Primary Registration’ you will get a profile with Login credentials, you can apply for more than one fellowship from your Profile Page.

In case the candidates are awarded grades/CGPA instead of marks, the conversion of grades/CGPA to percentage/ marks would be based on the conversion formula certified by the concerned university/institution from where the candidate has obtained their degrees.

Required specifications: Scanned recent passport size photograph with light background in JPEG/JPG format with dimension 35mm width x 45mm height (Max. 280x360 pixels; Min. 150x180 pixels; Min. 200 DPI; File size should be less than 150KB; Valid Filename: Should have only one extension, only Alpha-Numeric characters allowed with hyphen (-) and underscore (_), space not allowed, File extension should be in small letters). The documents (Papers/Synopsis) to be uploaded should have .pdf/.docx/.odt extension only. The file size should be less than 1.5 MB and the file name should contain Alpha-Numeric characters along with hyphen(-) and underscore(_) Only. Do not make use of Blank Space in the file name.

To make the payment, candidate needs to use latest browser which support security protocol versions TLS 1.1 / TLS 1.2. However, if the candidate is using an old browser version that does not support the latest TLS version then such candidates WILL not be able to make the online payment. The only solution for the candidate would be to upgrade to the latest browser version. Candidates who have paid their fees and the said amount has been debited from their bank accounts, but payment status shows "pending" in their online application(s), are requested not to make another payment, but wait for next 48 hours as the fee status will be updated on the portal after some time. Please check your account balance that whether the paid fee amount has been deducted or not. In case of amount deducted and you have not received any acknowledgment from the server, Please contact with your transaction details to the the Support Desk by raising a Support Ticket at High Priority

You may change your details before you proceed to Final Submission. Once you accept the terms & conditions displayed and click ‘Proceed to payment’ option, you cannot change your form detail.
